THE STORY BEHIND THIS COFFEE
This coffee begins at 4,500 ft on Ram Estate in the misty hills of Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu. The S795 variety is carefully harvested and naturally processed — dried slowly on raised beds, allowing the fruit to impart deep, complex sweetness into the bean. Every step, from farm to roast, is traceable and intentional.
We roast this to a Light to Medium profile to highlight its natural sweetness, clarity, and character — never masking what the farm worked hard to produce.
